Bulk Hoodie Co. is Battle Born Clothing's brand for custom embroidered sweatshirts and hoodies ordered in bulk. We embroider in our own shop in Yerington, NV on two commercial embroidery heads, screen print on a conveyor dryer with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks, and press DTF transfers for full-color art. We have made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an 80-watt CO2 laser, and we are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Every job gets a digital proof, a free redo if the error is ours, and a 28-day standard turnaround from proof approval. Embroidery drops from $6.00 per piece at 12-47 to $4.00 at 144+, and the tier is counted on the whole order, mixed styles and colors included. A school ordering 96 pullovers and 48 zips is a 144-piece order. Screen print at 48 pieces is $4.34 per location per piece on light fleece and $4.59 on dark, plus $20 per screen; larger runs are quoted per job.

### Screen print at 48 and up

## FAQ
**How much do custom embroidered hoodies cost?** On our hero blank, the Independent IND4000, $28.75 each at 24 pieces, $28.25 at 48 and $26.75 at 144 with a left-chest logo, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing. See the pricing page for all seven tiers.

**How much do custom printed hoodies cost?** At 48 pieces, a one-color front print on an IND4000 is $27.34 each on a dark hoodie plus $20 for the screen. Front and back is $31.93 each plus $40 in screens. Other quantities and color counts are quoted per job.

**Is there a minimum order?** No hard minimum on embroidery or screen print. Screen print is recommended at 48+ because screens are a fixed $20 per color. Under 48, embroidery or DTF usually costs less per piece.

**How long does a hoodie order take?** Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job.

**What hoodies do you recommend?** Independent Trading Co. is our shop favorite; the IND4000 heavyweight is our hero. Port & Company PC78H is our budget pick and, in our experience, a better blank than Gildan at a similar price.

**Do you decorate Carhartt hoodies?** Yes. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator. Carhartt blanks are quoted per job with MAP respected.

**Can I mix hoodies, zips and crewnecks in one order?** Yes. All pieces count toward one quantity tier and one digitized logo covers every style.

**Can I bring my own hoodies?** Yes. Customer-supplied goods are $2 per item handling plus the decoration rate. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4%; we aim for zero.

**What artwork do you need?** Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300-dpi PNG at print size works. We send a digital proof before production.

**What is digitizing?** Converting your logo into a stitch file for the embroidery machines. $18.99 one-time per design, standard two-day turnaround, and we keep the file for reorders.
