A church or nonprofit order is usually big, budget-bound and tied to a date: a retreat, a volunteer season, a fundraiser. Battle Born Clothing prices it to the dollar before you commit.

## Who they are

Pastors, youth ministers, volunteer coordinators and nonprofit program directors. Many are collecting money from members in advance, so they need a firm per-piece number and no surprises.

## What they order

- Port & Company PC78H with a one-color front print for the whole congregation
- Independent IND4000 with an embroidered logo for staff and leadership
- Zip hoodies for greeters and volunteers
- Crewnecks for youth group trips

## A realistic job

A church orders 120 Independent IND4000 hoodies in navy with a left-chest embroidered logo for its volunteer team.

| Item | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Blank IND4000 | $22.75 | $2,730.00 |
| Embroidery (120-143 tier) | $5.00 | $600.00 |
| Digitizing, one design | | $18.99 |
| Order total | $27.75 all-in | $3,348.99 |

Twenty-four more pieces would reach the 144+ tier and drop embroidery to $4.00 each, which is $26.75 all-in.

## What to send

- Logo file (vector preferred; 300 dpi PNG is fine)

## Questions
**Can members order different styles?** Yes. Mixed styles and colors count toward one tier. Keep the logo and thread colors the same for one digitizing fee.

**Can you hold the order until we collect sizes?** Yes. We quote now and start the 28-day clock when you approve the proof with final sizes.
