Event hoodies carry the sponsor list on the back and the event name on the front. Battle Born Clothing screen prints them in-house with a conveyor dryer, so a 48 to 500 piece run is routine.

## Who they are

Race directors, festival organizers, benefit committees and the volunteer who runs the merch tent. They need a printed front and back, a fixed price per piece, and delivery before the event.

## What they order

- Port & Company PC78H with a front logo and a back sponsor list
- Independent IND4000 for a premium event hoodie
- Zip hoodies for volunteers and staff
- DTF for a small batch of VIP or sponsor hoodies with full-color art

## A realistic job

A benefit 5K orders 48 Independent IND4000 hoodies in black with a one-color front logo and a one-color sponsor list on the back.

| Item | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Blank IND4000 | $22.75 | $1,092.00 |
| Screen print, 2 locations, 1 color each | $8.68 | $416.64 |
| Flash, 2 locations | $0.50 | $24.00 |
| Screens, 2 | | $40.00 |
| Order total | $31.93 all-in | $1,572.64 |

On a budget blank like the Port & Company PC78H the same print is $9.18 per piece plus the quoted blank.

## What to send

- Logo file (vector preferred; 300 dpi PNG is fine)
- Quantity, style and color
- Size breakdown (S-3XL; tell us if you need 4XL+)
- Need-by date
- Final sponsor logos as vectors, in one file, by the proof date
- Event date, so we can confirm the 28-day schedule or quote a rush

## Questions
**What if sponsors are still signing up?** We proof when the list is final. The 28-day clock starts at proof approval, so lock sponsors at least five weeks out, or ask us to quote a rush.

**Is there a minimum?** No hard minimum. Screen print is recommended at 48+; smaller runs are quoted with DTF or embroidery.
