About Bulk Hoodie Co.

Bulk Hoodie Co. is Battle Born Clothing's brand for bulk embroidered and printed hoodies and sweatshirts. Same shop, same machines, same people; a site focused on one product so buyers can find prices fast.

The shop

Battle Born Clothing is at 3 Pebble Beach Dr in Yerington, NV. We embroider on two single-head commercial machines (a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle) with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. We screen print in-house with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer. We have made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser. DTF transfers are printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed here.

• A SanMar and S&S Activewear customer; Independent Trading Co. is our favorite sweatshirt line and Port & Company our go-to budget blank.
• Not an online-store provider. We quote bulk and ship to you.
• Not a stock-photo site. Every image here is a blank we sell.
• Aims to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA; hoodies and patch hats ship together.

How we price

Blanks are listed at supplier cost times two when the cost is under $10, otherwise cost plus 35%. Decoration is a flat published rate that drops every 24 pieces. One-time fees are listed. Brands with minimum advertised pricing are quoted per job. See pricing.
