Reordering hoodies: matching the first run
A reorder should be easier than the first order. Battle Born Clothing keeps your digitized file, thread numbers and proof, so a top-up is a quantity and a size list.
What we keep
- Your digitized embroidery file (paid once at $18.99).
- Thread color numbers and placement from the approved proof.
- Print art and ink colors. Screens are reclaimed, so a printed reorder is re-screened at $20 per color.
- Your blank style, color and size history.
How a reorder is priced
Each order is priced at its own quantity tier. Twelve more hoodies is a 12-23 order at $6.00 embroidery, not the 144+ rate from the first run. If you know top-ups are coming, order a few extra the first time; they sit at the lower tier.

Matching colors
- Solid-dyed blanks (IND4000, PC78H, Gildan 18500): close match between dye lots.
- Pigment- and garment-dyed blanks (PRM4500, Comfort Colors 1566): expect visible lot variation. Order the whole season at once if the match matters.
- Thread: Rapos color numbers are on file, so stitched logos match.
Timeline
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval on reorders too. Because the file exists, the proof usually goes out within a day of your request, and blanks from SanMar's Reno warehouse arrive in days. Rush is quoted per job.
Changing something
A new logo version means new digitizing ($18.99) or new screens. A new blank style with the same logo often needs no new file, just a placement check on the proof.
Questions
Do I have to resend artwork?
No, unless it changed. Tell us the approximate date of the last order and we will pull it.
Can I switch from print to embroidery on a reorder?
Yes. We will digitize the logo ($18.99) and send a new proof.
